New Commercial Customers will need to complete and submit a Fortifire Commercial Customer Credit Application. Our office will then be able to create an account in our Maintenance Management System and schedule your work for completion.

By submitting this application:
1. You have authority to submit on behalf of and to bind the applicant.
2. You confirm the information is true and correct.
3. You agree all invoices will be paid not more than 14 days following the date of the invoice and agree to Fortifire Terms and Conditions.
4. You authorise Fortifire Pty Ltd to make inquiries into the banking and business/trade references that you have supplied.
5. You confirm that any Proprietor, Director, or Manager of the Applicant has not been the subject of any Bankruptcy proceedings or associated with a business which has failed or was the subject of a Scheme or Arrangement, Receivership, Voluntary Administration, Liquidation or to which an Administrator or Controller has been appointed.
